ECFY – CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Jurisdiction: India (Applicable under Indian Law)

1. Scope & Applicability

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on

the ECFY Platform including Ecfy-Nosh, Ecfy-Supper Shoppe,

Ecfy-Aquatic Eats, Ecfy-Meat Boutique, Ecfy-Moda, Ecfy-Apex,

Ecfy-Hello Doctor, Ecfy-Mirror Time, and ECFY Shipper.

2. General Cancellation Rules

- Cancellation before dispatch/acceptance is allowed where applicable.

- Once an order is marked as Processing/Prepared/Assigned/Dispatched, cancellation may be

restricted or refused.

- All cancellation requests must be made via in-app options only.

3. Refund & Reversal Methods

- Prepaid refunds are first issued as ECFY Wallet Credit.

- Bank refund (to original payment source) may take 5-7 business days.

- COD refunds are issued only as Wallet Credit.

- Forced refunds due to unavailability/service failure are auto-issued.

4. Module-Wise Rules

4.1 Food Delivery (Ecfy-Nosh)

- Before preparation: Cancellation allowed with full refund.

- After preparation/dispatch: No cancellation or refund.

- Delivered orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified non-delivery or

wrong item.

4.2 Grocery/Perishables/Meat/Seafood

- Before packing: Cancellation allowed.

- After packing/dispatch: No cancellation.

- If spoiled/damaged, user must report with proof within 2 hours. Refund subject to validation.

4.3 Electronics/Fashion/Non-Perishable Goods

- Cancellation before dispatch allowed.

- Return allowed within 7 days of delivery ONLY if item is unused, sealed and in original packaging.- If merchant has different return policy, that will override (Hybrid

Policy).

4.4 Pharma & Prescription Products

- Cancellation allowed before dispatch/prescription verification.

- No returns or refunds after dispatch except for expired/wrong product validated by pharmacist.

4.5 Alcohol & Tobacco

- Cancellation allowed before dispatch.

- After OTP/Verification initiation, no cancellation or refund.

- Failure to show ID or OTP = No refund.

4.6 Doctor/Salon Booking (Hello Doctor & Mirror Time)

- Cancellation before 2 hours of slot: Full refund.

- Cancellation after 2 hours or no-show: No refund.

4.7 Courier Services (ECFY Shipper)

- Cancellation before pickup assignment: Full refund.

- After pickup: Partial refund (service fee non-refundable).

5. Fraud Monitoring

ECFY may suspend users who abuse cancellation/refund system.

False claims may result in account freeze or legal action.

6. Force Majeure

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by natural calamities, government restrictions, traffic

disruption, or external uncontrollable factors.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of refund disputes, merchant validation and ECFY platform decision shall be final.
