ECFY Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs logistics for orders placed on the ECFY Platform across all

service modules. It applies to all Users, Merchants, and ECFY Registered Delivery Associates

operating within India.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Policy applies to deliveries fulfilled through Ecfy-Nosh, Ecfy-Supper Shoppe, Ecfy-Aquatic

Eats, Ecfy-Meat Boutique, Ecfy-Moda, Ecfy-Apex, Ecfy-Hello Doctor, Ecfy-Mirror Time, and ECFY

Shipper.

2. Coverage & Serviceability

- India domestic only.

- Serviceability zones displayed in-app.

- ECFY may decline delivery to restricted or unsafe areas.

3. Delivery Modes

- Standard Delivery

- Scheduled Slots (for groceries/perishables)

- Express/Priority Delivery (where available)

- Courier Services (ECFY Shipper)

4. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping

- Free delivery threshold shown in-app.

- Platform fee may apply.

- COD available where legally permitted.

5. Order Processing

- Orders begin processing upon confirmation.

- Cut-off times apply for slot-based delivery modules.

6. Scheduled Deliveries

- Available for groceries, meat, seafood categories.

- Rescheduling depends on availability and may incur extra charges.

7. Express / Priority Delivery

- Fast-track service with an additional fee.

- ETA is indicative and not guaranteed in force majeure situations.

8. Delivery Attempts

- 1 free delivery attempt.- 1 free reattempt.

- Further reattempts chargeable.

- Perishable orders may be canceled without refund after failed attempts.

9. Liability Transfer Point

Liability transfers to the Buyer when:

- OTP is confirmed, OR

- Contactless proof is uploaded, OR

- Package is handed over at address.

10. Restricted Deliveries (Pharma, Alcohol)

- Mandatory OTP + ID verification.

- Orders canceled without refund if verification fails.

11. Combined Deliveries

- ECFY may bundle multiple orders for efficient routing.

12. Proof of Delivery (POD)

- OTP input, signature, or timestamped photo for contactless deliveries.

13. Contactless Delivery & Safety

- Optional contactless drop available.

- Health and hygiene protocols followed for fresh/food items.

14. User Responsibility

- Must provide accurate address and be reachable.

- Failed delivery due to inaccessibility is at user's risk.

15. Modification Rights

- ECFY may modify this Policy.

- Latest version will apply as published.

16. Legal Terms

- Governed by Indian law.

- Jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka.
